What we collect
At this pre-launch stage, we collect information you choose to submit, such as an email address or mobile number for launch updates and information included in investor or press inquiries.
How we use it
We use submitted information to operate the waitlist, communicate launch information, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell waitlist contact information.
SMS and email
If you join using a mobile number, you may receive launch-related text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Email recipients can request removal by replying or contacting hello@deadfoundersclub.com.
Security and retention
Pre-launch form submissions are stored in protected server-side files. We retain them only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and records management.
