Acceptable use
Do not use this site for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, exploitation, credible threats, harassment campaigns, doxxing, or attempts to compromise the site or other users.
No guaranteed distribution
Joining the waitlist or future platform does not guarantee exposure, traffic, sales, funding, press, playlist placement, investment, commercial success, or any minimum level of reach.
Roadmap language
Features described as planned, roadmap, external distribution, syndication, or partner rails may change and should not be interpreted as commitments or claims that partnerships already exist.
Intellectual property
Dead Founders Club branding, design, and original site content are protected by applicable law. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these launch-stage terms as the product evolves. Material platform rules will be published before public user-generated content features launch.
